Is this the typical life in i-banking?

I came across this video on youtube that interviews Geraint Anderson, a former utilities sector analyst at a Dutch i-bank.

Can anyone comment on such an escapade and lifestyle? I'm talking about the drugs use, false rumors, lies, etc. It looks really stressful and miserable..

Thoughts?

Thanks for the comments but could someone comment on the lifestyle and the nature of the industry? Is it so competitive that people have to come up with schemes and rumors to knock out the other competitors?
