It is a long and hard shot

Hi, there

I really enjoy reading different posts, especially those who have landed FT offer in finance. I am out of non-target school with degree in Finance, and have been working as business analyst for an environmental company, and the worse part is that I need sponsorship.

I have been reading posts, blogs, studying modeling, and networking, but so far nothing really clicks. I am just wondering what is the prospective for someone like me that require sponsorship to break into finance? are they still providing sponsorship?

Any comments or opinions is appreciated. Thank you.
