Quick question:
How appropriate is it to approach bankers in regional BB's about shadowing for a week or two during my Christmas break from Uni? I obviously wouldn't do this already, but after my SA position either in the same bank (different division) or a different one.

Yah, its a complicated issue. It's not really an off cycle internship so there are bound to be privacy problems. And asking for a different division at my own firm would be dodgey if they were deciding FT offers. Is a week of shadowing at a regional BB even possible?
