Jefferies vs. Oppenheimer vs. Moelis

If choosing between offers at Jefferies, Oppenheimer, and Moelis, what would be the best option? Main considerations for me are: best learning experience, best exit opp's, and best pay potential. If you could also state why you think one is better than the other, that would be most helpful. Cheers!

Is this Oppenheimer or OIAG? EIther way I would listen to the above but OIAG is an infrastructure advisory firm and may have interesting in roads to specialized PE in that area (there will be capital flowing there) - only problem there is its emerging markets and getting those deals financed can be damn near impossible right now - would scare me to go there, esp given your other options

Not that it matters - if you get the Moelis offer you take it - the only way you take JEF over it is if you want to do specialized PE in healthcare and you can get into the JEF Healthcare group - its a top group on the street period

If you do not get Moelis you take Jefferies without question - then try to politic into healthcare or Media (headed by John Fargis - former Bear star)

Congrats on the offers!
