Job Move

I would like to ask opinions from experienced folks regarding my situation.
I am currently working for a large consumer good company as a Senior Analyst in their Big Data Analytics Department. My role involves performing analytics and making recommendations to impact the company's strategy. I enjoy working where I am, and have a good relationship with my manager. I have been at this company for 15 months and I have been told that I am a top performer.

I have been approached by another Consumer Good company, at least twice the size in terms of revenues and employees. It is for a Manager role and they are really interested in meeting me. Compensation wise, the compensation will be at least 30% higher. The prospective employer has more international operations, which is key to me.

Both companies have very dominant positions in terms of market share and brands.

Before my current role, I worked for 20 months at a company where I did not get along with my boss and did not perform to my potential. I was constantly told that I was not performing as expected. Therefore I am more aware of how important it is to be in a good culture, get along with people and feel encouraged.

Given that things are going well for me where, what criteria would you consider if you were in my shoes?

At my current employer, I have been told that people need to stay in their role for about 2 years and possibly move to another lateral role before being promoted. This means I may need to wait at least 2 or 3 more years to become a Manager.
