Joint advisers on transactions
Hello.
When two (or more) banks advise the same client on a single M&A transaction, how does work exactly?
Is there normally a lead bank, which then delegates work to the other bank? Do they form a single deal team which then in effect operates as a single entity during the transaction? If so, do they just have regular meetings at each others offices to catch up, or do they all go and work together at one office?
How does it all work?
Any ideas at al guys?
