Hey guys!! I got an interview for Chase Private Client, and I'm trying to understand the institutional structure a bit more. Is that their ONLY wealth management group? Like if I wanted to focus on (U)HNWI and not the institutional Asset Management side is this where I would start?
Because there's a separate website for JP Morgan Chase Wealth Management and there seems to be different client minimums. So I tried calling to find out more, but I just kept getting transferred to Private Client.
Please let me know! So pumped if this is what I've been waiting for!

How is this program? I've heard it's a 3 year rotational, but I've also heard a two year? They're coming to recruit at my school soon, wondering if anyone knew about it. Good position? Exit opps? If it's shitty just let me know.
3 year program. After the program, the top analysts will get the chance to interview for associate roles.
It's not a strict rotation per se. Rather, you learn about the different teams -- banking (i.e. credit), investments and trust.
In regards to exit opps, it depends on what you wanna do. If you wanna be a BB IB associate, it's gonna be a long shot. Boutique IB -- maybe. Investment associate/advisor as just about any where you want -- yes, you're looking good.
Keep in mind there are a lot of offices across the country. The NYC and Chicago offices are going to have a very different culture than the regional offices (think Arizona, Ohio, Indy, etc).
Just out of curiosity, are they recruiting for the Private Bank on your campus as well, or just PWM?
