Just another college student

Hello,
I am currently attending a 2 year college in Florida trying to salvage my GPA[1.8] from my first year. Lets just start as I did not have a clue what I wanted to do my first year. Change major after major, until I finally decided I would major in Finance. Money motivates.I joined these forums because I have no clue what I would like to do when I obtain my degree. Have started reading and found theres a variety of things that interest me such as IB and HF. I plan to attend Uni of Florida, non target but better then some? I plan to try to get internships and get some networking started as I know a person that works as a Financial Analysis but has close colleagues that work in HF and IB. Hope to learn a lot from here.

Welcome,

1) This post is full of typos and grammatical errors 2) People will not want to network until they can see that you are serious (you're not there yet)

Glad to hear you're interested in finance, but you have a long way to go. Do not get discouraged, but work to rise to the occasion.

Regards

"Stay thirsty my friends"
