All - I have a phone screen with KeyBank, HQ'd in OH,USA for their IB Analayst position. Can someone provide more information as to how marketable one can be if he wants to move to a BB in 1-2 years?

based out of Cleveland. They got capital markets and m&a. they're full this year for internships but want to keep in touch for next year around August regarding recruiting.
Anyone know something about this bank? I hear their healthcare group is good.
