Is it true that people in KPMG Deal Advisory (FDD) at the Senior or Manager level can lateral into a small PE shop as an associate? I was told by someone within the industry that since you only work with PE firms in Deal Advisory, its possible to switch over to one of your clients if you really impress them. Can someone within the industry confirm this and tell me how likely this scenario is?
