Lateral to Top MM Shop and Ask for Signing Bonus?

Should I expect relocation bonus and signing bonus when lateraling from one shop to another (top MM)? If not, is it bad to ask for one? I guess my question really stems from how easy it is to negotiate stuff like this and general compensation when lateraling to a large shop that may be fairly standardized. Thanks for the help.

As a general rule at my BB, "signing bonus" only happens at senior levels. Relocation happens for everyone. Obviously the line is murky between the two but the relo amount based on a formula dependent on where you live, how big your family is (or if you're single), and where you are moving too. If you arent switching cities you generally get nothing.
