LBO structure data

Hi,

I am searching for information on LBO transactions done in the US and europe. Most importantly is info about the financial structure of the deal.
Hope someone knows something. Thanks in advance.
have a nice day

I'd look at offering docs for bonds issued in connection with LBOs as they're probably the most complete publicly available materials you can find.

The best approach would be getting CIMs for LBOs as those are pretty digestible, but you'd need someone with access to them...

If you want some basic overviews, you can get familiar with basic structures by reading news for LBOs. A few that come to mind: Keurig, Cirque du Soleil, EMC2
