Cargill has one that supposed to be good (may be combined w/strategy). J&J, TI, AT&T, Intel, Bosch.

Baxter & Abbott are really good for Chicago area.

OP, check out this list. Most of them are going to be pretty solid. Obviously some (i.e. GE will be creme de la creme), but any of these are a good starting point.

Any idea about Siemens Finance Excellence program guys? It apparently takes in only 20 people every year, post-MBA.

Small programs with big companies are often times a good bet. Do you know what kind of rotation exposure you could possibly have?

Things I would keep in mind when choosing a program in general: Size, location of company HQ (are you ok with that LT?), positions alumni of program hold, rotation opportunities, performance of company, comp is probably last of these items since in better opportunities you will most likely make more in the long run.

Hmm....that makes sense.

Size: 20ish post-MBA Location: Germany (am fine with that) Positions of alumni: right from CFO of a division/constituent company, head of strategy of a division/constituent company Rotation: Excellent. Plenty of international opportunities. Performance of company: Siemens is a big firm. Need to research on their recent performance a bit more.

Thanks so much!

So it sounds like you are pretty sold on it, assuming performance isn't bad. I mean, even in an under performing company there are still opportunities for high-performers.

That's great about the alumni being in such high positions. That's one of the most important parts of the programs in my opinion, because they will look to promote program alumni first and foremost. It definitely gives you a leg up on non alumni. Good luck in your search!

I know BB&T has a launching leaders program. I know there are a lot more out there. With BB&T, you have to commit to them for 5 or 7 years before you can go work somewhere else and if you quit early, you have to pay some fee because when you sign on with them, you're signing into a contract.
