Lease Memo
Alright, WSOers...
One of our parent company's clients needs a long-term equipment lease. I never do any work for the parent co (CFO services), but the managing director on that side, for whatever reason, picked me to write a brief memo to send out to some local lessors. The letter (should be a paragraph) should basically identify what we are looking for in a lease. Any thoughts/guidance?
I know it's a basic question, but I am struggling because it sounds almost too basic, you know? Why wouldn't he write it if it takes 5 minutes to jot down a few criteria? I really kind of feel like Jim Halpert when he is supposed to get a "run down" of clients...how detailed is this supposed to be?
