Lord Abbett & Co.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone here heard of Lord Abbett & Co.? What do you think of the firm in terms of the usual (reputation, exit opportunities, pay, work/life balance, etc.?) Are these Glassdoor reviews still accurate? Thanks in advance.

I've met with some of the team there. Historically a Fixed Income shop, but in more recent years have worked hard to build out there equity platform. Don't know culture/pay. We ultimately didn't invest with them but not because they aren't a good shop. They didn't wow me like some managers have before, but I expect that from a vanilla long only shop. If you're looking for a career in AM it definitely wouldn't be a bad place to start.
