Marakon salary estimate

Hi all,
Just a quick question. I have a senior associate (post mba) role at Marakon in London. The firm will call me in a few days to discuss the offer - salary, sign on, benefits, etc., etc. Would anyone have an idea on approx. Marakon salary bands.

Thx everybody!
JB

Heard from some friends that Marakon in London was giving something around 70-80 base + 15-20 sign-on + ~5 stub year bonus for a total of ~90-100k GBP for immediate post b-school roles. Not sure though...

I interviewed with them in NYC. Strong strategy practice (literally nothing else), really small, but pretty far below MBB or what it used to be pre-acquisition by CRA. A lot of their top partners got poached in the move.

As far as I could tell from my conversations about locations, it's not strong in London. I'd consider other offers before taking Marakon in London.

It's simply Marakon Associates (which is now the advisory arm of Trinsum Group).

Very small (200+ consultants worldwide) so firm culture and fit is heavily emphasized. Hours generally hover around 60 and manager bonus compensation is actually directly tied with the work/life balance, so it is taken into consideration. They also follow a Tuesday-Thursday travel model, so you won't be flying out on a Sunday red-eye or anything.

Compensation, from what I hear, is quite competitive. Can't comment on exit opps.

As far as I know, they generally stick to a few target schools. UPenn and Northwestern are their prime recruiting grounds, though I'm sure they recruit from a few other schools. However, given their small size, it is likely very very difficult to come on board from undergrad unless you're a student at one of those two schools.

I'm in the UK. I did get the sense from their promotional material that US recruitment was almost all Northwestern.

The company seems pretty appealing in terms of culture and work life balance but that's too bad about the partners leaving. I'll take the interview obviously, but I'll keep that in mind.
