Masters in Supply Chain Management

Hey everyone! i'm planning to apply to masters programs in Supply Chain Management. I'm an applicant from Russia, got my undergrad in a top Russian school, 3 years of WE, the company is large, but no big name. I'm currently considering applying to MIT and Ross programs, but I want to expand my list with other top programs. I'm open to US, European or Asian schools, location and tuition don't matter as long as the program is worthy.

Thank you! Would appreciate any help!

Looks like MIT would be out of reach, can anybody give me insight on Ross MSCM? At first glance it's a decent program, but what about jo placement? Short-term goal would be breaking into consulting Thank you!

Unfortunately Michigan State is not a full-time program and I wouldn't be able to travel that much. I viewed a MSC as an opportunity to get into consulting on the operations side and that would still allow me to get an MBA later on, as in Russia we usually get undergrads several years earlier than in US, so I have plenty of years till I'm able to get into MBA business schools ">M7 MBA program and I really want to move west ASAP

It's a shame that MIT is out of reach. Great school and program.

In Europe, I would recommend Bath (don't think they do an MSc in Supply Chain Management, but their B-School is in the Top 5 in the UK. I'd also look at Rotterdam and Stockholm. Getting a continental MSc might serve your experience and skill set better, in my opinion and put you in better stead to apply to a Top MBA. They tend to look for diversity a lot more.

I would definitely take my chance at MIT, but being on the younger side, coming from Russia without a big name on my resume it seems a longshot. I'm going to apply to Rotterdam and I'm also thinking about Ohio State, ranks nicely and I like the program they offer. I'm also thinking about MiM, as I want to be in consulting anyway, but I was wondering about how affects the MBA later on
