Bridge Lending

I have the opportunity to go into either an underwriting position with a bulge bracket, or a more sr. position within a MM lending firm's real estate platform. They mostly deal with lending to REPE's, so are there exit opportunities once I'm at the firm for a couple of years? What would the pay be like etc...

Agreed, more info. If your current title is "director" as your profile says, then the answer probably isn't as cut and dry as it woudl be if you were just graduating from school this month.

Director from a brokerage background, which is probably like AVP level/Sr. Associate level in finance. I've only been in RE fiance for 2 years+, therein lies my problem, title is too high for experience. I have 2-3 years within finance brokerage and accounting before this.

MM commercial bank, but I also have offer from MM debt fund as well as BB sr. underwriter position. I have not a clue as to which can have the better path later in life. Which job is the more limiting regarding lateral moves in industry.
