Responsible for managing the closeout of facilities housing the operations and personnel for a 400-person military unit, including a motorpool housing over $700 million of equipment.

Leased Project Manager reporting to Director, Department of Training Services, Range Division.
• Achieved $400,000 savings in one time inventory costs and $20,000 annual costs in storage, procurement, and transportation through the creation of a consolidated warehouse for range operations.
• Developed and published organizational process assets to guide future environmental compliance and construction related projects.
Operations Manager - ******************* January 2012 – March 2013
Lead operations team manager responsible for completion of short term organization goals in a Battalion sized (approx. 450 personnel) Army unit.
• Efforts resulted in being the only battalion in that command to meet 100% of due dates.
• Surpassed goal of having 90% of soldiers possess current certifications for individual training requirements.
Operations Advisor – Afghanistan October 2010 – January 2012
Selected to deploy with a 6 person advisor team, under Special Forces mission commander.
• Procured over $35,000 USD in contingency supply purchases and labor contracts. Responsible for a monthly budget of $10,000 USD equivalent in cash on hand(580,000 Afghans), security of cash on hand, establishment of vendor relationships, and execution of purchases
• Trained representatives from three Afghan security agencies, translators, and enlisted personnel in operations center procedures and information flow management.
• Led both U.S. combat patrols and missions conducted jointly with Afghan National Police.
• Created an infrastructure project worth over $600,00 USD to build a set of five new checkpoints to secure the main highway between Southern and Central Afghanistan.
