Missed HR Call, is it rejection?
I missed an HR call, and she told me to call back when I had the chance. I called back within the next 5 minutes but there was no response (I called at least 3 times). Can I assume that this is a rejection call?
I interviewed on Monday and she called on Wednesday.
HR usually does not call for rejections, though, I have had it happen before. That being said, dude, slow your roll. You called back "at least 3 times"? That's a bit too intense. Call once, leave a message, and move on. Good luck.
Just as another data point, our HR pretty much always calls for rejections.
Thanks for sharing. One bank did call me to reject me. It was pretty sad seeing the 212 area code only to find out that I got dinged, haha.
Dude chill, its a mixed bag HR normally like to do any offer outcome over the phone as its polite but cant read into the outcome out of thin air. Try again in the afternoon after that wait for them to call back. Just make sure you pick up next time. No one wants to play cat and mouse.
Just send an email saying you're free for a call now. A call is usually a positive sign.
Not to worry you, but I had a call from HR for a rejection after a first round
I would slow down.
HR calls regardless of the outcome from superdays
If it is a first round, I got calls for superdays. No rejections (yet) after first rounds so I can't speak to that.
I got email invites for first rounds.
Hard to say why she called
I had a HR call to reject me before
Yeah HR would often call for rejects. A lot of people are probably saying otherwise BC it would make a lot of sense (i don't want to talk to you/hear some bullshit, non-relevant reasoning if you don't want me).
So what was the call for in the end? @student9286471258
