The dealflow is solid. As far as M&A goes they jockey for the 4 spot behind GS,MS, and CS w/ JPM LEH and a few other shops. As fas as exit ops go, none of the tech M&A groups will have as good of opportuntiies as those coming out of GS & MS. A few guys have left for Carlysle's VC arm, and smaller PE shops. Not many have made it into the large cap funds.

Obv HL Restructuring would place better into distressed, but what about HFs overall?
