Monitor Deloitte Canada, experienced hire, salary

I am currently a Senior Consultant at a different Deloitte member firm, and applying to transfer to Monitor Deloitte Canada. I am proposed to join as a Senior Consultant.

At my current member firm, undergrads join as Business Analysts and work their way up to Consultants and Senior Consultants. MBA graduates join as Senior Consultants. But MBA itself is not a glass ceiling for those who are internally promoted. Personally, I do not have an MBA (yet).

I've noticed that at Monitor Canada, undergrads join as Consultants, and MBA graduates join as Senior Consultants. That said, those who are internally promoted from Consultants to Senior Consultants in Canada SEEM (I don't know for sure) to have significantly less experience than MBA Senior Consultants and also less experience than I am because I had to go through extra years of being an analyst.

So my question is, what kind of salary should I expect when joining as a Senior Consultant? I don't have an MBA, but I surely have more experience than the current non-MBA Senior Consultants there.

According to Management Consulted website (https://goo.gl/UzEd1N), at Deloitte Canada, undergrads start with CAD60,000/year and MBA start with CAD120,000/year.
