stats
any clarification as to why I should do a MS in stats?
Fin Engineering. You need finance exposure, especially at the masters level.
The purdue statistics/computational finance program is the one listed below: http://www.stat.purdue.edu/academic_programs/graduate/gradCompFinance.h…
The other two financial engineering programs are at berkley and michigan: http://www.haas.berkeley.edu/MFE/ http://financialeng.engin.umich.edu/howtoapply.html
The programs are similar but out of the three, which is the best? Will I go wrong with any program?
go to berkeley or umich, because they are also somewhat target schools
is there a major diffference between financial engineering and computational finance?
