MS Systematic Trading & GS Equities Quant Trading
So I found out I have interviews with these two groups next week. Both are desk analyst/financial engineering roles in high frequency prop trading, so its more a support role but its fine by me. I don't have the experience nor confidence to develop my own algorithmic trading strategies yet but I'm willing to work hard to learn the business. I'm coming from a fixed-income relative value-research/programming background with three years at a BB, so no equities experience either.
Am I fucked?
What's the word on these two desks?
