MSc in Accounting and Finance-from a no name school

Hello, i asked an other question and i research my options.
I am in a small european country. I want to study and work here (family attachments) BUT i want to be able to work in Europe if i have to. (i dont plan to going US-very far away, not interested)

If i would do msc in accounting and finance (finance route)
i would do it because i would be interested in banking (commercial and investment) and after that in corporate finance.

The parameter i want your opinion to is, my school is top in country, but i dont know the reputation it has in europe.
So lets say, i find work in my country
lets say
a scenario ACCA + big 4 experience for 4 years
b scenario BANKING experience for 4 years
c a mix of a + b or something similar

Will this give me marketability in europe?
I mean will job experience prevail in academical prospect?
WIll employers think "well u have done the job, so i may hire you" or "u have experience, but i dont like your degree"

Thanks in advance
