msf course recommendations
I'm looking to get into Real Estate via finance. While I am first and foremost interested in being in real estate, I think it would be good to get as broad a Finance background as possible in case stuff doesn't work out, I don't like it, etc. Moreover, I want to be good at finance, and obtain a certain level of mastery.
So which classes do you guys feel are most essential to someone entering an MSF program looking to learn finance? Obviously the choices are pretty varied at a lot of schools I am looking at (Utexas, Villanova, Boston College, Florida, OSU, U Illinois, amongst others). If you could also rank said classes in order of what you feel are most important, that would be helpful as welll.
