MSF Decision and Program Advice

I am currently a junior set to graduate with a 3.81 GPA in Spring 2018 at a non-target in Houston. I have had a pretty bad time networking and have not gained any finance internships. I am looking at getting an MSF in order to re-brand. I am still networking in order to get some relevant experience before the MSF Program
I am studying for my GMAT now and am slated to get a 760 GMAT.

I am planning on applying to the following Ms Finance Programs:
MIT
Vanderbilt
UT Austin

1. What do you think my chances of getting into each program are?
2. I know MIT is the best of the three. But for Houston Investment Banking, is Vanderbilt or UT Austin better?
3. Do you think there are chances of scholarship or merit based funding?
4. Are there any other programs I should look at for re-branding purposes?
