MSF: Where should I apply and where will I get in?

This is my first post and I wanted to gather your thoughts!
I am a senior from a non-brand school in Windsor, Canada with a business degree, concentrating in Finance.
GPA: 73% - 3.2?
GRE: Taking it at the end of the month, aiming for 160s
I have been interning at Chrysler as a financial analyst since May 2013 and I will be continuing until the end of May this year. (This is probably the most coveted internship through my school.) I have also been a full-time student while working and my GPA dropped from a 3.4 to a 3.2 over the last two semesters because it was a difficult balance (and I made a stupid decision to try to do so much).
I have super strong extracurriculars, have been outstanding presence in my school. I am receiving recommendations from my supervisor at Chrysler as well as the Dean of my business school. I write well, and I interview even better.
I want to do a one-year MSF to add more value to my resume and to have a better chance of working in the US. I am not particularly looking for IB jobs (which I know is the point of this blog, so sorry). I am more interested in corporate finance and Asset Management, or consulting. My thoughts are to get into some sort of rotational corporate finance program for a few years after my MSF and then apply for a top-tier MBA.
Now, I am trying to figure out what schools I should apply to and where from I can realistically expect offers.
My top schools are:
- Boston College
- Southern Methodist University
- UT Austin
- Tulane
Next level:
- University of Rochester
- Brandeis
- John Hopkins
Are those plausible options? Any that you would rule out? Any that you would add? Should I go for even worse schools?

UT Austin and Boston I like the most. boston you can network and break your way through. UT feeds to houston energy ibd and plenty of alumni in nyc. location is a disadvantage here if you want NYC.
boston is great for networking! you can always just force your way into harvard or MIT networking events. have to be a bit creative, but if you want consulting-BCG, Bain, and Mckkinsey are there.
focus on getting a higher gpa next time if you do MSF. the 3.2 is definitely going to hurt you.

I think the 3.2 is fine. I think Chrysler is a great name and internship to have. I also like your realistic expectations and openness with the job search.
Your top choices - How did you come up with this list? BC is solid, as is UT Austin. No issues with Tulane either. Why SMU? I am assuming you like Dallas?
Your next level is discounting yourself too much also. IMO, you get a decent GRE (nothing killer) and I can see you getting into some of your top and all of your reach. You are in a better position than you think, trust me. Focus on the GRE and let me know how you do.

I've been looking at rankings around here and other forums as well as placement info for the schools. That's where that list came from. I actually would rather stay in the east coast or in the Midwest actually; no affinity for Dallas. Is there a school you'd recommend over SMU?
You should take the GMAT. Why no Duke or Michigan or ND?
Not OP but I reached out to Michigan and ND a couple months ago and they said I was ineligible because of my UG business degree.
