Need Advice - Any chance I can make it to Wall Street?

First time posting but would really appreciate some candid feedback.
Background:
I am a dual-citizen who was born in Canada and then came to the U.S. after receiving a hockey scholarship to play for the UMaine Black Bears. I finished up my four years there and decided to move into the "real world". I majored in Finance and ended up with a 3.3 GPA.
I spent 6 months knocking on doors with ADP and then transitioned to tech sales for a start up that was then taken over by BMC Software.
Currently, I act as a facilitator to the Canadian sales team when they have to deal in my area of expertise.
So as things currently stand:
1) I am in a sales role that currenlty banks about 95k annually.
2) I went to a lower end academic institution.
3) I am a sports guy, I act like a sports guy and will always be a sports guy.
As you can imagine I am not the stereotypical investment banker, but am looking to bash enough heads to break into WS.
My question is, with a generalized understanding of my background, where do I start?
I currently live in Boston, should I just start banging doors downtown?
Is there any chance I can make into onto WS without having an MBA? (to offset the Maine degree)
Any advice / mentorship would be greatly appreciated.

Why not MBA?
I graduated in 2010, having been working for a little over a year I didn't think an MBA at this time would be probable...
I have also considered trying to get into BCG and then taking that path to an MBA?
Gotcha.. Ya prob need a couple more years work exp.. Have you thought about S&T? Sales side of S&T that is.. They like athletes and your exp may be more transferrable there
