Need your guys opinion
I recently graduated from a semi-target with a high gpa as an econ major but no luck in recruiting mostly due to getting interested in banking very late in my college career. I have recently been accepted to a Masters in Political Science at an Ivy. If I go to that one year program and study finance/ accounting on the side (maybe CFA?) do you guys think it'd be a good idea to get a brand name school and maybe get recruited into an investment banking analyst program?
My other option would be to do a masters in accounting or a masters in finance at a worse branded school that could probably get me into big 4 valuation.
