New Chimp looking for some advice
So about me - I live in Canada, 3 years in front office retail banking experience - currently account manager in BMO - looking to get in mid-office in capital markets/IB (aka risk management, financial control, corporate treasury, corporate strategy, and compliance).
Just wondering what experiences would help me towards that direction & whether an MBA reset would be a better idea. (Will also be doing CFA level 1 in June).
Currently my friend offered to refer me to State St. as a Pricing Analyst, so I would want to know if Pricing Analyst > Risk Analyst is a good idea to go with or if there's other options available that I should explore.
Any help/advice would be appreciated!
