New job, old employer asking me to repay CFA® exam fees
Hi guys,
I'm switching jobs. The company I'm leaving reimbursed me for CFA® exam fees, and now they want the money back (consistent with their policy, no real argument from me).
My question is whether or not this is something that my new employer would cover, considering it's the CFA® and specifically job related. Anyone have experience with this?
Why don't you ask your new employer?
Yeah, I was just worried this could be considered bad form. You don't think it's a major breach of etiquette to ask my new boss if they cover this sort of thing?
