Nice to meet you Tommy. Not being critical, but you should delete this account, create a new one, wait a few weeks and then post again without using your name. Granted there are probably thousands of 2nd year finance students named Thomas, however in order to get the most from the community here you should stay as anonymous as possible while asking questions that you might not feel comfortable asking if everyone on earth were reading your posts.

As you learn about finance and break in you will probably share your story and other candid information with other hopefuls. If someone really wanted to they could probably figure out which tommy is behind the username ctystar given enough posts, personal anecdotes and career advice.

This site has been mentioned in a few main stream media stories as well. Just a heads up. Also, the internet is permanent.

Not trying to freak you out. Just a stranger giving you the internet 101 rundown. Come back sometime later and try again. Keep what I said in mind and welcome to WSO.
