No Longer Interested

After just receiving a SA offer a few weeks ago, I have lost all interest in my classes (I am a Junior). I go to class, take out my laptop, browse WSO/Barstool/FB until class ends then leave and study for my exams 1-2 days before and manage to get A-/B+ type grades (semi-target univ).

I feel guilty and was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have a 3.5-3.7ish GPA and feel like I can't (too many credit hours put in already)/don't really need to raise it. As a freshman/sophomore I used to be somewhat engaged because I felt like I was actually learning things. Do you guys just zone out for all of your classes as well?

Grades still matter for lateral recruiting (if you don't land a full time offer), pe recruiting, hf recruiting, and business school. It would be wise to not let them tank.

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.

Keep grinding now for discipline and to hold you in good stead just in case SA conversion doesn't happen. If u get the return offer you can go nuts because you'll be used to jamming at midnight so should hold up fine around exam time. Just remember that even when you get in to ib you won't stop working and competing with guys who have had their sights on buy side long before u did that were prepping for the GMAT in their spare time whilst u were writing this. If you got the SA offer you're smart enough to know that you can be on top of your class without any material adverse change in your lifestyle. Congrats on SA offer too of course
