Nomura + Lehman

Any thoughts on the buyout of Lehman's IBD arms by Nomura? Obviously this will mean a big cash infusion which could Lehman continue to build on its success in financing. But what about the new entity's prestige and dealflow? I would like to know thoughts about its operations in EU and Asia
