Ah yes Turtle Bay, I hear that area's quite hot right now.

Bump. Why is no one posting, everyone has roommates already?

Greed is Good. Greed is Right. Greed Works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms, Greed for life, for money, for love, and knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind...

Hey guys,

My roommate is moving out to live with his gf and I'm looking for someone to take his spot. Have a 1 br flexed to two in Midtown West (42nd and 9th). The wall is a full pressurized wall (not legal to put these in anymore but our apt is grandfathered in). Great views from a high floor. Building is one block from E train which is a few stops from Midtown East area (where I work) and really pretty convenient. Building has doorman, concierge, gym (free), and outdoor patio area.

Rent is $1650 and July 1st move in

PM me if interested
