So many youngsters starting in the oil business, so many people not asking questions. So many people facebook- and instant message addicted. I see people working 5 meters away from me, asking questions by using instant messages. How do new people learn the practise? They take decission based on examples of the last activities, based on what is done last time, then it should be the same for this time. It worries me a lot. When people do not ask questions they never learn. Of course there is always a group that succeeds. They become trader. But the others, what with them? Many stay in the oil business, in other functions. There are so many various tasks in the oil business. But at the end of the day. The oil business only works when we understand what we communicate. I have seen it all and I understand the challenge of people in various functions in the oil business. I wanted to help them. I wrote a post in 2012 about my book. And now I post it again.
