Has anyone on here had any success getting interviews or offers from onewire postings?
Did you reach out to the company in addition to applying on one wire?
Thanks!

Looks like mixed reviews. I applied to maybe... 20? Heard back from 0.

ehh, onewire was not very
ehh, onewire was not very helpful to me when i was doing off-cycle recruiting about 2 years ago. the matches were terrible and not in-line with what I was looking to do - even tho i had been explicit in what I was interested in (ie. looking for a private equity job and would get set up for some commercial banking stuff)...i discontinued the service after about two months and doubled my networking efforts instead.
again, i used it quite some time ago and maybe they've gotten better at matching people with the right job openings, but i was not impressed. a marginally better option is Job Search Digest, which allows you to receive a string of job openings depending on what you are interested in (IB, PE, ST, etc). I say "marginally" better because the jobs posted were more aligned with my interests, but applying through this platform is still a crapshoot.
in my opinion, you are better off doing some old-school networking.

It was a little over a year
It was a little over a year ago that I was using it (had been using it for about a year at that point). Didn't receive any responses to applications, but a few solid MM firms reached out to me through the site that didn't have public listings. So, it's worth posting up your resume and all that crap, but I wouldn't hold too much stock in their listings.
I also had a few solid MM
I also had a few solid MM firms reach out to me and had success in getting PE iviews. It's not perfect but you can find some interesting listings from smaller firms which would not otherwise advertise online. I did not rely on being "matched" and simply searched for buyside opportunities and applied directly.

Did you apply directly on One Wire or on the company's website. I don't rely on matching; I just search for opportunities.
Thanks to everyone for comments

Via onewire as they didn't list jobs on their website. My understanding is that HR then gets a PDF resume copy but I think it just cuts a lot of irrelevant submissions compared to if those listings ended up on something like monster.com. Doesn't replace a good headhunter and direct connections but from my experience, whatever is listed on there (if recent) is more reliable than public online listing/resume drop.
