Operations analyst at Nomura VS Commercial banking at Citi

Received an offer for operations analyst 2 year program from Nomura and Commercial banking 2.5 year rotation program at Citi. Which one do you guys think is better in terms of exit opportunities, for b-school experience and in terms of overall learning scope?

Pay- Typical 1st-yr analyst out of u-grad is $55-65k base, $5-10k signing, $5-$10k bonus. I would probably say in your 2.5 yrs, you could expect to take home an average of $70k/yr all in.

Perks- Hours are pretty good. Typical week is 55-60 hrs with little weekend work. Another perk- while the deals you work on are simpler, you will do a lot more deals than IB. Great exposure to many different industries/companies. Analyst roles will eventually feed into RM roles, which is where CB gets attractive. Can make $200k+ working 40hr weeks in 7-8 years if you can sell.
