Paranoid Question
I applied to a bank last year as a sophomore, got rejected. I'm now applying as a Junior on their website and they have my email saved so I have to use my old account. Will they look down on the fact that they already rejected me?

Yeah, I wouldn't apply if I was you. They are going to "look down on you" big time for re-applying.
who cares, nothing you can do about it and there are a million ibanks / boutiques so just keep looking
Or you could just use a new email address...
If they turned you down a year ago and you have added something valuable to your resume, why wouldn't you have a shot? If you sat on your thumbs for a year, chances are you haven't made yourself a more appealing candidate, and you will likely be passed again. However, if you have shown growth and continued interest, you should reapply.
Scenario 1: You apply and you get the job Scenario 2: You apply and you don't get the job Scenario 3: You don't apply and you don't get the job
Stop being a pussy and just reapply.
No, they won't look down especially if you applied as a sophomore. Very few sophomores get SA positions
Be realistic. The way most recruiting teams look at this is you are either a. have perseverance or b. have been rejected once so don't need another consideration. Do you really care if a bank that doesn't hire you "looks down on you?" No. When you become a BSD, you can hire them just so you can make them janitors at your bank before you fire them.
