In order of importance: personality, intelligence, self love (you have to love yourself to a degree before you can love someone else, this also means you take care of your body, your mind, and your career), looks, agreement about having children, religion (Christian ideally, Jewish ok.)

What religion are you? I don't know much about religion, although I took a class on religion in high school with a bangin' teacher who was later busted for selling blow. Anyway, if religion is important to you, wouldn't you want someone who is your same religion? And even your specific sect or whatever, like Catholic not just Christian?
I'm pretty sure he's saying that he would prefer christian or jewish, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker if the person was buddhist or hindu or whatever as long as they could come to some sort of agreement as in, "We can both practice our separate religions but we can't force it onto each other and we won't have a shrine of buddha in the living room"

I said Christian or Jewish because they're both abrahamic monotheistic religions and the general belief of a singular god is close enough that someone who's Jewish wouldn't be a deal breaker. My girlfriend is catholic and I'm Protestant. You can negotiate on things like communion, original sin, etc., but monotheism vs polytheism or atheism is too big of a difference to negotiate in my opinion. And to the question of if it's a deal breaker if someone was Hindu or Buddhist, if I was single I'd have no objections dating but marriage is a no go. My relationship with God is the longest outside of my relationship with my parents, and I'm not going to change that for someone I've only known for a few months/years. I also couldn't be with someone who's a racist, my moms side has black and middle eastern heritage so it's critical that the person share my views on race.
I think part of every guy's answer is basically the same when you strip out all the fluff:

BMI is an awful test anyways, varies greatly (plus a lot of girls with big boobs/ass have high BMI even with a low hip-waist ratio).
It's really pretty simple for me, I don't mind girls with a little extra padding. If her stomach hangs over her waist with pants on (as opposed to being slightly bigger, but everything's still pretty well held together) or sticks out more than her breastesses, it's over. Great question, I'd say the two biggest things for me are her voice and how warm she is. Have you guys ever been talking to someone and you heard a girl talking and you were completely enchanted by her voice/tone/diction and you had to get a look at her/talk to her?
