I'm getting sick of some viral continental Chinese on here posting disgusting, racially offensive, sexist comments. A couple of the guys/sternmasta making sexist jokes is one thing when they're (fairly obviously) jokes, but I'm talking about stuff of this nature:

I'm ashamed to say I have retaliated, but my comments were all targeted towards people (interestingly, of the same background) who were clearly displaying and disgustingly verbalizing an explicit race/religion/sex bias. Is there no way to make people like this respect some basic rules on the site? I come on here to see/discuss finance related things. I've had family who died in the Holocaust, the last thing I want is to come on here and see some moron who can barely speak English spout this government-fueled commie garbage. There are people on here who are "starred" users, in addition to this one demographic, that are clearly and consistently making jokes at the expense of one group (women, Jews, Indians).
This is not a slam on an entire ethnicity, but directed to the people who come on here and post malicious material (and beyond that, both wrong advice and non-substantive material/personal attacks), there should be a mechanism to remove these users from the site. No one from this demographic even bothers to put these people in check (I'm clearly assuming that this is not the predominant view, but a rogue perspective), but they all jump to defend their own at the slightest notice. I'm not saying this is any different from the real world - I am the last person to be part of the PC police, but there should be some limit.......

I am all about freedom of speech in a public forum, in fact i even support racist comments by people who truly believe what they are saying and are willing to say it to someones face (everyone is entitled to their opinion), but anonymous morons who spout hatred for no reason should be banned from the site and encouraged to play in traffic
a lot of these clowns are really detracting from the purpose of the site

I don't think it's particularly fair to single out Chinese/Asians that happen to be a poor representation and make racist comments... as I've this kind of racism from all sorts on this forum. I qualified my statements in the last paragraph.... if you've seen this kind of racism from other demographics, feel free to go ahead and point them out too.... when all the instances you've seen have something in common, you tend to wonder....
Racism is racism... imo, it doesn't matter if it's an asian calling a jew something derogatory... or caucasian or black calling a jew something... or if a caucasian called an asian/indian something... or x calling y something...
The focus shouldn't be that one or two individuals of a particular race have started something on a public forum, this in it of itself is a dangerous trend to get into. The focus should be on the act, that's all I wanted to get across.
Also... again, public forum. Just cause someone say they're of a certain demographic doesn't mean it's true. So yet another reason why singling out the offenders' "race" is pointless.

Funny, the last post I made telling someone to stop being a dbag a Jewish guy ended up flaming me. I only come here to read for potentially informative posts, which have been declining daily.
And no, no one has been defending their offensive remarks. Post some examples of people seconding the trash those two spew? There's a difference between that and defending your own ethnicity.
I'm not going to go back and check a ton of posts to cite references of people of ONE particular race talking smack about another. Obviously you've missed the point of my post where I said it doesn't matter if the offender belongs in XYZ group. If I see posts that are out of line regarding my ethnicity, and I have (yourself included - making that asians are commie crack...), I note the guy saying it... not singling out he's white/black/asian/green-skinned alien/etc.
Anyway, the point is, wannabe said something that was out of line, and something like this should be removed by a mod. No reason to make this into a stupid race fight like those retarded youtube commentors for videos where a black guy fights an asian and ppl say stupid shit ....

And yes, I agree that there should be better moderation because the quality of this site has gone tremendously downhill. It's just humorous how you manage to be racist in a post commenting on how there's too much racism on the site.
