Perella Weinberg advising Hershey on potential Cadbury bid?
Heard this from several people. Anyone know if this is true? I read in that front page article in the WSJ the other day they were advising Reliance on their bid for Lyondell, but didn't know they were advising Hershey as well? Anyone know anything about this?
stfu no one cares. it wouldn't be as bad if you weren't a 2.5 year veteran already working asking about your own firm's deals. GTFO with that crap, at least make a new account and pretend to be a college student or something.
Come on man, a little Google?

Also, Patrick, please ban this 1styearBanker idiot already.
Can't see anyone but Kraft making this deal.
and 1styear has a point.
"Perella Weinberg is super prestigious, I'd take an offer there over any BB, especially in today's market where half of GS IBD 1st year class is getting moved to Investor Relations and Ops."
Quoting bankerspi314 from a post a while back.
He also repeatedly includes PWP with firms like Blackstone/Lazard/Greenhill/Evercore. Nice try buddy. Obviously I'm the only one old enough to remember this guy.
You guys wouldn't like it if I filled up 20 threads on the 1st page all about my BB's deals in the form of a question, i.e. "OMG IS IT TRUE BOA IS THE BOOKRUNNER FOR XXX?"
I'm just trying to clear up this board from those who need help with honest inqueries vs. the loser tools.
Aren't you the one who thinks BofA is the new Morgan Stanley, and 2nd to Goldman Sachs? That's equally as laughable as this guy.
The first guy is annoying as hell, but that doesn't make you and your posts any less irritating or inflammatory.
I was being sarcastic, a bunch of people were arguing about BB's in that thread so I decided to push up BoA to sidewind the argument. I believe BankonBanking pretty much owned and/or ended that thread so I didn't feel like contributing by repeating his post.
You'll find plenty of times in my post history where I give advice and usually favor the opposing bank.
