Physical Trading Desks - Dairy

I'm just about a year in to trading dairy physicals, not the most exciting but senior guys see 7-figures a surprising amount so I figure I'll push on. Problem is that I'm not impressed with the organization or its prospects going forward. Does anyone know of any U.S. shops with a dairy book or strong agri/softs desk?
