Can you expand more on your third sentence? What type of impacts do you mean? I'm in a MO function so I don't generate revenue for the firm. I mainly report/control risk to senior management and the traders but we're not involved in deals.

I'd recommend the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Doesn't have to be about revenue, but about why you are good at your job

Should I add an objectives section? I've heard mixed opinions about this. Also, should I add on my social fraternity? I was academic chair. It may help to demonstrate that I have decent social and communication skills.
