bump, anyone have GS SLC info for their AM FO roles?
I don't have any pay specifics, but I have heard from a couple people that Goldman's SLC office is pretty much the only place that has a sub-industry pay for a regional office. Equity research starts at around $60k a year base, compared to 75k for other regional offices. I have heard AM comp is a little higher, but I don't have any specifics.
SLC based programs end up being a ticket into analyst programs at primary locations, so also a longer time to get to the same point. On the flip side, much less competition to get into an SLC program right out of school.
awesome-- appreciate the info! I'm in AM, so hoping the comp is somewhat comparable
Summer analysts in AM at BB are getting offers of 85k prorated
