You may want to check into to Dealmaven (I'm not its biggest fan), level 2 is LBO modeling. I believe its on a subscription basis and the full package lifetime subscription is around $600.

The world has changed. And we must change with it.

------------ I'm making it up as I go along.

Didn't we already discuss this in another forum? The tutorial is solid, and you will learn how to build a model along with relevant concepts. But, you won't get as much as you would from an in-person session. Of course, this costs under $100, which is 10-20% of what competing in-person products charge. If you are looking to learn LBOs for an interview or general career prep, I would recommend PE 101. If you want to work at Blackstone tomorrow, I would go elsewhere and spend more.

WSP LBO model is more focused on LBO Analysis for Valuation purposes... Although the concepts involved are the same (leverage, sources & uses, exit EBITDA multiples, etc), they are still slightly different. For example, we don't see any returns calculation in WSP. They just have some inputs as IRR to derive the maximum purchase price/equity value for a business given a certain debt/EBITDA ratio.
