Product Control - Career path, exit opps, top MBA aspiratons

Looking for some basic discussion.

I'm a Product Controller at a BB, 2 years in Exceptional performance reviews. Looking at the feasibility of making the jump to FO. Also curious as to how PC experience looks in an attempt to a top tier MBA. Finally excluding the jump to FO what kind of exit opps are available where to go from here?

Discuss!

As a side note, I was offered the opp to transfer overseas. Experience sounds amazing is it worth it? Or will this just cement my place in PC.
