public accounting to sponsor finance to ???
Began career in public accounting with a Big 4 firm in the Midwest. Primary focus on audit/consulting work with middle market and private equity firms. Early promotion to Manager at Big 4 firm and then sought opportunities elsewhere after 4 years; particularly opportunities in finance.
Currently at a sponsor finance group as an Associate focusing on LBOs in the middle market. MBA from a top 25 MBA program (i.e. like #20) and CPA.
Looking for career planning advice from fellow monkeys on WSO who might have similar experiences or who can simply provide useful advice. Thanks and cheers.
