Were entering December and I still havn't got a job like many on WSO. Defiantly not giving up but debating whether I should take a little break from emailing/cold calling and If hitting it hard back in january is probably the best option...?

Are you looking for full time or SA? If full time I wouldn't stop... recruiting for full time is probably wrapping up soon, I would keep going until like the week before Christmas.

I would pause the week before Christmas if this is FT but I wouldn't stop. Start up again in mid January. You never know when someone will find a need and you don't want to be out of the running for lack of effort. Just dont be annoying

I received my offer verbally from the MD, who told me over the phone that I was going to be getting an offer but he couldn't officially make me an offer until a week later because that's when their fiscal year rolls over and he couldn't hire any more people in the current fiscal year.
